Left at daybreak and enjoyed a leisurely ride along an undulating road.
Made such good time that, at 50kms, we had lunch at a rest area - even getting out the stove and brewing coffee! We had arranged to arrive at the B&B at 2.00pm and didn't want to get there too early.
At the arranged time we were nearly there - but where on earth was it!
Got to the WA border checkpoint and asked for directions. Never heard of it!
Suggested that it must have been at another checkpoint. It was 1.30pm, but we had no other alternative than to plod on another 44kms to Kununurra. Luckily WA time meant that clocks went back 1.5hrs.

Arrived at Kununurra tired and hungry.
Took a room at the Kimberley Croc Motel. Will take a well earned break here for a couple of days.
